Wellness means more than feeling good. It’s also “right” thinking. By “right” I mean, “positive thinking.”

The challenges that life brings in just one day, often makes me feel hopeless & weak. Those are the moments in life that my future is actually forming…becoming that which I am thinking. And that is a bit scary to me! 

The challenges of a hectic day include the challenge to eat and drink nutritious food & beverages. Fast-food and snacks are handy & convenient, while soft drinks & sugary drinks are readily available in vending machines & gas stations!

But the decision is ultimately mine…

  • “Do I need to take the time to prepare a sandwich before leaving home?”
  • “What am I going to drink? Do I need a water-bottle?”
  • “How should I prepare & store my food & drink for easy-access on-the-go?”
  • “How much time do I need to prepare?”

These are some of the questions I have to ask myself before I start rushing around, getting ready, running out of the door. I need to think ahead, and prepare ahead.
